Loving Yourself And Gaining Body Confidence
Life has its journey, and we sometimes have to ride the roller coaster. As women, our body journey is different for each of us. Some women are a size 0, another may be a 12 or plus size. Many of us fluctuate throughout our life to many different sizes up and down. Regardless of the size, we may be, we have to respect and love our bodies (size, shape, scar, etc.).

Reflection
Looking at yourself in the mirror and observing everything about yourself: your curves, your lines, your bumps, how soft or hard things may be, your freckles, your scares, your dimples, your color, your face.
Paying attention to everything about yourself and every detail. Embrace the You!
Affirmation
Affirmations can be said at any time of day, and they can be spoken aloud or in silence. Affirmations can even be added with mirror work. Look in the mirror and tell yourself what you love most about your body.
Appreciation
It is important to appreciate our bodies and the journey it has been on. Without an appreciation for your body, how can you love it?
Move
Movement is a great way to learn and listen to your body, and it helps to block out or eliminate negativity.
Do you like to dance?
Movement helps to boost self-confidence. Confidence is built when you learn and understand how your body moves and works for you. You will walk with a new tone and confidence and hold yourself differently.
