4 Tips to Boost Your Self-love

We all want to feel more confident and love ourselves more. But sometimes we get into this routine and nothing seems to work. Stepping outside of our box and listening to our body, our bodies will tell us what we need. Sometime what you need is just refresh and find your joy and peace again. Here are a few to help you along that journey.

Take time to focus on yourself and your needs. Whether that means taking a relaxing bath or going for walk, make sure to prioritize yourself

Find activities that make you happy. If it's baking or reading, do it!

Make a list of all your achievements and look at it when you are feeling down.

Speak kindly to yourself. We're often our own worst critics, but try to be more positive and understanding. Be your own biggest cheerleader.
