Plus Size Beauty
In early August this beautiful young lady reach out to me to get boudoir portraits for her birthday. She wanted to feel sexy again after having a baby and being a plus-size woman as well. She expressed how she loved her face and smile and wanted to highlight things about herself like her love for reading.
On the day of her birthday, we met at a hotel suite in the Albany, Georgia. We talked more about outfits to wear in the photos and how the whole process was going to go for the next few hours. Some of the outfits she looked at side-eyed and wondered if her plus-size body would get into them. But I reassured her to trust the process and that I would help her get into each outfit and direct her with poses and facial expressions along the way.
We joked and laughed about life, played some of her favorite music, “Tank.” His music will definitely get you in the mood, won't it?..lol…
We started out with bed posses to ease into the session and added her favorite book. I had to get high and low (stood on a dresser) to make sure I got the right angles for her.
A new piece of furniture was add to the Janee’s View Boudoir set, this gorgeous egg chair. We differently wanted to get a few poses in this lovely chair. We both loved the kind of peeping Tom looks it gave…lol..what do you think?
Sometimes we have to step out of our comfort zones and try something different. The BDSM was something new for her so we had to try just a little taste of it. Safety and comfort where the priority during this time.
What is a birthday without cake? When you add boudoir to a session on your birthday with Janee’s View boudoir it has to go on your favorite body part too..
